Every year my entire extended family heads out on holiday together somewhere in Europe. This includes my nearest and dearest and our two sons, my parents, my sister, and my two cousins. It’s great fun every year but unfortunately this year I’ve drawn the short straw and it has been left up to me to organise the whole trip!
